If you are moving the blade any more than 1/16 of an inch in any direction while cutting, the blade will break. Are you pushing the glass through the blade too fast, it is a slow process cutting glass with a saw. The other possibilities is, have you checked the raceways, are they tattered or broken in any way & while in there, also look and see if the blade is wearing the casing anyplace (I replaced the raceways, but when I put in the blade back in it broke right off and so did one of the new raceways. I returned it to the factory with a letter, it was repaired and while being repaired, it was overhauled, when returned, it worked better than brand new/they replaced the broken blade also). There is also the possibility that there is a loose screw or it is missing screw and the blade is not properly seated or the tension is not correct, make sure all the guides are in place and nothing is missing or worn down. Another note, if you return the broken blades to Gemini Saw Co./Taurus dealer, as I recall, they charge $25.00 to replace the broken blade, might be a little more by now. Your best bet is to call Gemini Saw Co., they are very nice people and very helpful. Hope this helps.
