The only ones of these I have seen are made with glass blocks. Like they use in buildings. Drill a hole in the side. big enough to shove christmas lights into (one bulb at a time). You need to difuse the clear block make it look more frosted. Either etch it or the one I saw used a paint like snow on it. (was not made by a stained glass person)Put lights inside, ribbon and a Christmas pick (for floral arrangements wreaths etc.) Voila lighted christmas present.
