At last show in Millbrae, CA one booth had hundreds of pieces of finished stained glass lying on the ground and layered in bowls. As this festival was supposed to be for hand crafted items only we amazed that this product was being displayed and sold like at a flea market or wholesale market. Has anyone else come upon this problem and do they know where it is coming from?
