Is it foil or lead? Have you already framed it, and if so, with what framing material? If it is foil construction, just re-heat the solder around the pieces, and slide the glass out of the foil. You will probably have to refoil that area and then re-solder..no biggie. If it's lead came, and hopefully you haven't puttied yet, just unsolder the joint and take the glass out and replace it and re-solder the joint. If you've already framed it with zinc or lead, again, unsolder the joints involved and remove the glass in question then put the correct glass in, put the framing material back around the piece, and re-solder the joint. If you are making the pieces "identical but with different colors", is it really a critical issue (like customer preference) which colors you use where?
